Carefully disassemble your furniture and place all components, including hardware and original manuals, back into the original shipping crates or boxes.

Schedule a Pickup

For oversized patio structures, we will coordinate a professional freight pickup at your convenience; for smaller items, simply attach the provided prepaid shipping label.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse inspects the returned items to ensure they are in original condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
